IRL Streaming Policy
IRL streaming will play a central role again this year. To foster a respectful environment, TwitchCon will introduce a dedicated IRL streaming policy to protect both streamers and attendees. Key aspects of the policy include:
- Maintaining clear pathways for unobstructed movement.
- Restrictions on streaming in areas marked with No Recording/No Streaming signs.
- Observing directions from TwitchCon staff, particularly regarding requests to stop streaming.
- Using lanyards to indicate comfort with being recorded; those wearing them prefer not to be filmed.
Violations of this policy could lead to temporary suspensions of streaming privileges or more severe consequences, including removal from the event.
Meet & Greets: A New Approach
In an effort to enhance the Meet & Greet experience, TwitchCon will now require reservations for all such interactions. Walk-ups will no longer be permitted.
