KIJHL Unveils March 22 Stars of the Week

The Kootenay International Junior Hockey League (KIJHL) has announced the Stars of the Week for the period ending March 22. This recognition highlights outstanding performances from players across the league.

Forward: Jaden Rusznak – Kimberley Dynamiters
Jaden Rusznak, a native of Okotoks, Alberta, made a strong impression in the opening two games against the Fernie Ghostriders. He scored three goals and recorded seven points in this series.

- Scored on the power play.
- Averaged 16:44 minutes of ice time per game.
- Maintained a +7 rating, remaining on the ice for no goals against.
Defenceman: Ryan Neufeld – Beaver Valley Nitehawks
Ryan Neufeld significantly impacted the Beaver Valley Nitehawks with his play during their series against the Grand Forks Border Bruins. He recorded five assists over the first two games.
- In Game 1, he had two assists, including the setup for the first goal in a 4-1 victory.
- Contributed with three assists in Game 2, aiding a 7-1 win.

Goalie: Gibson Horne – Princeton Posse
