EPR Properties, a U.S.-based real estate firm, has confirmed an agreement to purchase the park from Six Flags Entertainment Corporation. This acquisition is part of a broader $342 million deal that also includes six additional amusement parks across North America.

The agreement indicates that La Ronde will be managed by La Ronde Operations Inc., which is owned by Kieran Burke. Burke’s portfolio includes several prominent attractions, such as Village Vacances Valcartier near Quebec City and the popular Calypso Waterpark and Wet’n’Wild Toronto in Ontario.
