Parry Sound, Ontario is preparing to celebrate local Olympic gold medalist Megan Oldham. The 24-year-old skier made headlines this week by securing gold at the Milan-Cortina Olympics. She also previously won bronze earlier in the games.

Megan Oldham showcased her extraordinary talent by winning gold in the women’s big air event at Livigno Snow Park. After overcoming a 75-minute weather delay, she delivered a spectacular performance. Her combined score of 180.75 was highlighted by an impressive first run of 91.75, the highest score of the night.
