Netblocks, a connectivity monitoring service, identified the problem as “international outages.” They clarified that the disruptions were not linked to local internet issues or government filtering. This incident was not isolated. Netblocks shared information about similar issues affecting X on previous occasions, including February 9 and February 1. The latter date coincided with the day after the Super Bowl in the United States.
