According to the National Institute of Environmental Research, stagnant air combined with smog has caused average daily concentrations of fine dust to exceed 50µg/m³ in Seoul and other northern regions. Projections indicate that areas including Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Yeongseo will continue to experience high pollution levels today.

- Public sector vehicle restrictions are in place with a two-day limit on vehicle entry.
