Konami has announced the upcoming launch of the second installment of the Metal Gear Collection, titled Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection 2. This new release features the highly acclaimed Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, alongside the HD version of Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker.

Set in 1974, Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker follows Naked Snake, also known as Big Boss, in the aftermath of Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater. After breaking away from the Patriots, Big Boss establishes a mercenary outfit named Militaires Sans Frontières (MSF) in Costa Rica. This organization provides a haven for soldiers seeking autonomy in warfare.
