15-Year-Old Arrested for Fatal Tim Hortons Shooting in Scarborough

Toronto police have arrested a 15-year-old in connection with a fatal shooting at a Tim Hortons in Scarborough. This incident resulted in the death of 16-year-old Kian Sam last week. The arrest was announced by police in a news release on Tuesday.
