Mark Heath, formerly of Michael J Lonsdale, has been appointed as the pre-construction director at SES. This move is part of SES’s strategy to enhance their southern operations. Heath brings over 30 years of expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) estimating and bid leadership.

His impressive background includes senior positions at Lonsdale and Phoenix ME, making him one of the most qualified professionals in the pre-construction field.
