Previously, he served as President of IBM Americas, overseeing operations in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. During his time at IBM, Mr. Antoun was instrumental in advancing cloud services and cybersecurity initiatives.

Mr. Antoun succeeds James McGourlay, who has held the position of Interim CEO. Following the transition, McGourlay will retain a role on the Executive Leadership Team. Executive Chairman P.
