Montreal Victoire vs. Toronto Sceptres

In a highly anticipated all-Canadian matchup, the Montreal Victoire will host the Toronto Sceptres. The Victoire aim to extend their winning streak to three games. Montreal boasts five players who will travel to the Olympics in Milan, including Marie-Philip Poulin and Laura Stacey.

The Sceptres have six players representing Team Canada, including Emma Maltais and Natalie Spooner. Montreal holds a record of 5-2 since January began, while Toronto has struggled with a 1-5 record this month.

Seattle Torrent vs. Ottawa Charge

The Seattle Torrent, currently in last place, face the Ottawa Charge. After losing 3-1 to the Vancouver Goldeneyes, the Torrent aim for redemption. Julia Gosling, a standout for Seattle, is set to represent Canada at the Olympics.

On the other hand, Ottawa’s captain, Brianne Jenner, hopes to shine in her fourth Olympic appearance, currently holding eight goals and 14 points this season.

Boston Fleet vs. New York Sirens

The Boston Fleet, looking to solidify their top position in the standings, are set to face the New York Sirens. Goaltender Aerin Frankel is a significant asset, boasting an impressive record of 8-2-2 with a .950 save percentage.

Sarah Fillier from the Sirens, although facing a tough season, is expected to contribute significantly as she aims for her second Olympic gold medal with the Canadian team.

Vancouver Goldeneyes vs. Minnesota Frost

Finally, the Vancouver Goldeneyes will take on the Minnesota Frost. Vancouver has achieved two consecutive victories and looks to maintain momentum. Veteran forward Sarah Nurse is key to their success, contributing significantly in recent games.

The Frost, the reigning champions, are well-represented in Milan with six players, including goals leader Kendall Coyne Schofield. This matchup promises to be an exciting conclusion to the PWHL’s pre-Olympic action.
