Recently, a peculiar aircraft resembling a Dorito was observed flying over the notorious Area 51 military base in southern Nevada. The sighting occurred at 3 AM on January 14 and was made by videographer Anders Otteson, known for his off-grid adventures.
Dorito-Shaped Aircraft Spotted
Otteson described the object as having an equilateral triangular shape. This has led unidentified aerial phenomenon (UAP) researchers to characterize it as ‘Dorito-shaped.’ In a previous encounter, Otteson filmed a B-2 Spirit stealth bomber, highlighting the differences between these two aircraft.
“Are we witnessing a classified test flight or a standard training sortie? Something intriguing is certainly happening here,” Otteson stated. He noted that some of the scanners picked up unusual code patterns tied to snack-related terms, raising eyebrows among UAP researchers.
Similarities with Past Sightings
The unidentified triangular aircraft’s form bore resemblance to flight trails from 2014. These earlier images captured similar triangle-shaped craft over Wichita, Kansas, and Amarillo, Texas, suggesting a possible link to ongoing military developments.
Previous Observations at Area 51
Area 51 has long been a focal point for sightings of advanced military aircraft. In the previous year, photographer Michael Rokita documented the US Air Force’s RAT55 jet conducting touch-and-go maneuvers. This aircraft, utilized for radar data collection on stealth planes, is known to operate under the call sign “Sabre 98” and remains confined to restricted airspace.
