Since joining the Veterans Regroup project in 2023, SWW has been instrumental in helping veterans navigate financial difficulties. The company offers guidance on managing water bills and accessing special tariffs for those requiring additional water for medical reasons.
Supporting Customers in Times of Hardship
Additionally, SWW extends its assistance to customers facing unexpected challenges, such as bereavement or job loss. This proactive support aims to alleviate some of the pressures experienced during tough times.
