In the early hours of Saturday morning, a tragic accident in Philadelphia’s Port Richmond neighborhood resulted in the death of a 45-year-old woman. The incident, which occurred around 2 a.m. near the intersection of Aramingo Avenue and Tioga Street, also left two other individuals injured.
