- New commitment of $2.5 billion in aid.
- Financing for the International Monetary Fund, enabling an extra $8.4 billion in loans for Ukraine.
- Participation in a debt service suspension plan amounting to $1.5 billion for 2025-26.
- A loan guarantee of $1.3 billion for 2026 aimed at the World Bank’s International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
- A loan guarantee of $322 million for 2026 to support gas imports and bolster energy security through the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
