At approximately 9 PM, Wiltshire Police received multiple calls regarding erratic driving behavior from the Range Rover Evoque. This vehicle subsequently collided with another car between Membury Services and Junction 15, resulting in one vehicle flipping onto its roof.
Police Response and Man Sightings
After the crash, the driver reportedly exited the vehicle and fled the scene. Witnesses soon called in to report seeing a man walking along the hard shoulder of the M4, heading toward Junction 15.
