The co-working giant has secured a space of 175,953 sq ft at Skyview 20, a premier commercial tower located in the Madhapur district of Hitech City. This strategic move marks one of the largest workspace transactions in the city for the year.
Details of WeWork’s Lease Agreement
The lease agreement was officially registered this month. WeWork has committed to a 60-month term with an initial monthly rent of ₹1.72 crore. The security deposit for this lease is set at ₹10.34 crore.

JP Morgan’s Sublease Agreement
In a rapid follow-up, WeWork has subleased the same 175,953 sq ft space to JP Morgan Services India Pvt Ltd. This agreement was signed on November 13, 2025. The sub-lease carries an initial monthly rent of ₹4.38 crore, with a security deposit of ₹25.97 crore.
