- High accuracy with a Circular Error Probable (CEP) of 10 meters
- Rapid launch capability, achieving readiness within 10 minutes
- Adaptability for both ground and naval deployments

Countering Turkish Military Advancements
The procurement of the LORA missile system serves as a countermeasure to Turkey’s growing missile arsenal, which includes advanced systems like the Bora and Tayfun. By deploying LORA missiles on strategic islands and formations within mainland Greece, Athens aims to establish a robust long-range strike capability.
This strategy aligns with Greece’s broader national defense roadmap, covering the years 2025–2036.
Strengthening Greece-Israel Defense Relations
The delivery of the LORA system marks a significant step in the strengthening of defense relationships between Greece and Israel. In December 2025, the Greek Parliament approved the acquisition of the PULS (Precise & Universal Launching System) multiple launch rocket system, valued at approximately €650 million.
