Ottawa and Outaouais Brace for More Snowfall

Eastern Ontario and western Quebec are preparing for significant snowfall this week, with Environment Canada predicting up to 15 centimeters of snow. This weather event will occur from Tuesday evening through Thursday evening, primarily affecting areas starting from Kingston.
Forecast for Ottawa and Outaouais
The Ottawa-Gatineau region is expected to experience its heaviest snowfall on Wednesday. In contrast, western Quebec may see snow continue into Thursday. Some locations may receive as much as 20 centimeters of accumulation.
Weather Warnings Issued
Environment Canada has released a “yellow” warning for most areas within the affected region. However, northern Outaouais and the Belleville area are exceptions to this alert. The warning system includes:
