CreateOn has issued a recall for its Crayola-branded pip-Cubes due to serious ingestion hazards. The recalled products contain magnets that could become loose, posing significant risks for children.

The following sets of CreateOn Crayola pip-Cubes were included in the recall:

- Bold Colors, 27 Pieces – Model 1000205
- Glitter Cubes, 24 Pieces – Model 1000243
- Glitter Cubes, 27 Pieces – Model 1000250
Hazard Associated with the Cubes
The magnetic building cubes present a risk if the magnets loosen. Ingested magnets can attract one another or other metallic objects, leading to severe internal injuries such as:
- Perforations in the intestines
- Intestinal blockage
- Blood poisoning
- Potentially fatal consequences
Recall Information
The recall was officially announced on December 4, 2025. Consumers are advised to stop using the affected products immediately. The cubes were sold nationwide at Michael’s Stores and online.
