East Midlands Airport is set to offer a unique shopping experience this holiday season. World Duty Free is hosting a Christmas sale that does not require a flight to take advantage of its deals. Shoppers can enjoy discounts of up to 70% on a variety of popular brands, including beauty products, fashion items, liquors, and confectionery.
Christmas Sale Details
This special sale will occur over four days, from November 19 to November 22, 2023. The hours of operation are as follows:
- Wednesday, November 19: 8 AM – 7 PM
- Thursday, November 20: 8 AM – 7 PM
- Friday, November 21: 8 AM – 7 PM
- Saturday, November 22: 8 AM – 12 Noon
Parking Information
Parking is available in the Mid Stay 1 Car Park, which accommodates up to 100 vehicles. A £2 donation allows for two hours of parking. After this period, standard charges apply. If this parking area reaches capacity, drivers will need to use the Long Stay 1 Car Park, which is designated as an overflow facility. Note that visitors must walk to the terminal as no shuttle bus service is available.
Accessibility
Public transport options make it easy to reach the airport. The Trent Barton Skylink bus services connect East Midlands Airport with Nottingham, Derby, and Leicester.
