CCTV Footage Details
The footage shows Noah leaving his apartment in south Belfast at approximately 3:30 AM on June 21, 2020. He was later seen returning just over 30 minutes later. At the time of his departure, Noah was dressed in shorts and a t-shirt, wearing flip flops and carrying headphones. Upon his return, he was missing both the flip flops and the headphones, marking the last confirmed sighting of him.
