The town, with a population of approximately 100,000, has put forth efforts to create a hospitable environment for the team.

Prior to Algeria’s arrival, Lawrence hosted ‘Soccer 101’ classes. These sessions educated locals about football rules while also sharing knowledge about Algerian culture and fan traditions.
