Rangers Target Graham Eyes England Move – Report

Dundee centre-back Luke Graham is attracting attention from several clubs ahead of the summer transfer window. The 22-year-old is eager to play in the Championship and has caught the eye of 43 clubs, including Portsmouth, Derby County, and Norwich City. Rangers, however, are reportedly intent on securing a deal for him.
