The 2026 PGA Championship at Aronimink Golf Club has set a new record with a purse of $20.5 million. This increment marks an increase from the previous year’s total of $19 million. The PGA of America announced these details on Saturday.

For those who did not make the cut, the consolation prize is set at $4,300 per player. The distribution of the total purse is designed to reward the top 82 players who advance past the cut.
