Police Release Video of Suspected Kidnapping in Richmond Restaurant Parking Lot

The incident happened around 10 p.m. outside the Bamboo Grove Restaurant located at 6920 No. 3 Road in Richmond, British Columbia.

Witnesses reported seeing a man forcibly taken into a pickup truck by two individuals. The police confirmed the truck was a grey 2013 Dodge Ram 1500, distinguished by its sunroof, mud flaps, and triple ball hitch. This vehicle was reported stolen from Maple Ridge in September 2025.
Seized Vehicle
In conjunction with the investigation, authorities have seized a Volkswagen Jetta identified in the surveillance footage. This vehicle is also believed to have been involved in the incident.
