The Surrey Police Service received reports of shots fired into a vehicle at approximately 6:55 p.m. When officers arrived at the scene, they discovered a man suffering from critical gunshot wounds. Emergency services, including BCEHS and Surrey Fire Services, quickly attended to the situation.
