Peter Rosenberg Urges Tom Brady to Face Consequences for Dismissing WWE

Peter Rosenberg, on his podcast Cheap Heat, recently discussed Tom Brady’s controversial remarks about the WWE. Brady described wrestling as “cute and scripted,” and stated that American football has “no fake BS.” These comments did not sit well with Rosenberg and his co-hosts, Stat Guy Greg and Dipperstein.

Peter Rosenberg’s Call for Consequences

Rosenberg emphasized that if Tom Brady does not face repercussions, such as a physical confrontation with wrestlers, then the WWE angle is poorly executed. He remarked, “If he doesn’t personally get at least smacked in the face… I hate this.” He believes that no one should use the term “fake” in relation to WWE without expecting some form of retaliation.

The Logan Paul Connection

Rosenberg speculated about a potential collaboration between Tom Brady and Logan Paul. Both may have a role to play at an upcoming celebrity flag football game, where they could present themselves as outsiders dismissing the wrestling community. Rosenberg suggested that if this happens, it would require Brady to still face some form of retaliation.

Stat Guy Greg described this scenario as “equally stupid” but noted that it should not absolve Brady from consequences. Both hosts agree that mere engagement or triggering the wrestling fanbase is insufficient without some entertainment payoff.

Rosenberg’s Strong Stance

Rosenberg dismissed any notion that Brady could repel a tackle from WWE wrestlers, mentioning that it would take the entire locker room to take him down. He critiqued Brady’s comments as provocation without substance, insisting that the wrestling community deserves a responsive act. “What he said, he’s gone way too far with the F word and ‘cute,’” Greg added.

According to Dipperstein, the payoff for Brady’s comments must include physical interaction. He stated, “The most entertaining thing for me and most other fans would be to see Tom Brady get punched in the mouth.” This sentiment reflects the prevailing desire among fans for Brady to face consequences after his remarks.

Upcoming WWE Event Details

WrestleMania 42 is set to take place on April 18-19 at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. As the event approaches, fans are eagerly awaiting whether Brady will face repercussions in the form of a physical confrontation with WWE wrestlers.
