The SEEN Anonymous Seamstresses Gala took place at the Romexpo center, bringing together numerous designers from across Romania. Each designer created unique garments for young models with Down syndrome and other intellectual disabilities. Georgeta Bucur, president of the Down Plus Association Bucharest, emphasized the kindness and creativity behind the designs.

Currently, around 12,000 individuals in Romania are living with Down syndrome. Worldwide, this figure exceeds 6 million. In 2022, data reported approximately one child with Down syndrome born per 847 births in Romania, indicating the ongoing need for awareness and support.
