Kraft Hockeyville Names Taber and Tumbler Ridge as 20th Anniversary Finalists

Kraft Heinz, in collaboration with the NHL and NHLPA, has announced the finalists for Kraft Hockeyville 2026. Taber Community Centre in Taber, Alberta, and Tumbler Ridge Community Centre Arena in Tumbler Ridge, British Columbia, will compete for the prestigious title. The announcement highlights both communities’ dedication to hockey and community spirit.
Kraft Hockeyville 2026 Voting Details
Canadians can vote to determine the winner starting April 3, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. ET until April 4, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. ET. The winner will be unveiled live on the evening of April 4, 2026, during the Hockey Night in Canada broadcast.
Prizes for the Winning Community
- The winning community will receive $250,000 for rink upgrades.
- An NHL Pre-Season game will be hosted in the winning community.
- The runner-up will be awarded $100,000 for rink improvements.
- Both finalist communities will each receive $10,000 in new hockey equipment.
This equipment is provided through NHLPA Goals and Dreams and the NHL/NHLPA Industry Growth Fund, helping to promote hockey among children.
