On December 29, Goldie formally filed the eviction complaint against Rourke, claiming he owed $59,100 in back rent for the home rented at $7,000 per month.

In January, Rourke’s management team initiated a GoFundMe campaign to help him cover his rent. The campaign was led by his representative, Kimberly Hines. Within three days, the campaign raised over $100,000 from approximately 2,700 donors.
