Nicola Ventrella, TRM’s Operations Director, will be speaking at the Legal & General event themed ‘Together We Rise – Celebrating Women & Male Allies.’ She will be accompanied by the Managing Director of TRM, Ben Allen, who will serve as an ally at the event.

  • Ventrella will engage in a panel discussion titled ‘Beyond the Room: Stories of Progress and the Actions We Accelerated,’ addressing practical steps toward inclusive environments.
  • Other sessions include the ‘I Am Remarkable’ workshop focused on challenging bias and promoting self-confidence.
