Adin Ross Purchases Iconic ‘Breaking Bad’ House

Popular streamer Adin Ross has made headlines by purchasing the iconic “Breaking Bad” house for $1.3 million. This Albuquerque, New Mexico property had become a symbol of the acclaimed television series and garnered significant interest in the real estate market.
Details of the Purchase
The house, featuring four bedrooms and one bathroom, was originally listed for $4 million. It had been on the market for over a year but was recently taken down. The owners then enlisted the help of realtor Alicia Feil from Keller Williams Realty, who relisted the property for a much lower price of $400,000 earlier this month.
Bidding War Dynamics
Ross emerged victorious in a competitive bidding process. The sellers reportedly received around 20 serious offers for the property, indicating strong interest driven by its connection to the beloved TV show.

Future Plans for the Property
For Joanne Padilla, the seller, this transaction marks a moment of relief. Earlier, she considered converting the house into a museum to capitalize on its fame. However, zoning regulations in the residential area thwarted those plans.
Adin Ross has expressed his intentions to transform the property into a replica of Walter White’s home, as featured in the series. While the show’s exteriors were filmed at this location, the interiors were recorded at a separate sound stage. Now, with the keys in hand, Ross has the opportunity to create his vision.
