Activists Display Ex-Prince Andrew Photo at Louvre in Epstein Case Protest

Activists from the anti-billionaire group “Everyone Hates Elon” made a statement at the Louvre Museum in Paris on Sunday. They displayed a framed photograph of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, taken on February 19, as he was leaving a police station after his arrest. The activists added a label beneath the photo that read: “He’s sweating now – 2026.” Their goal was to emphasize that the disgraced royal should face justice.
Purpose Behind the Protest
A spokesperson for the group stated, “We wanted to show the former Prince Andrew how the world will remember him by showcasing this iconic photo of his arrest at the Louvre. Hopefully, this is just the beginning. Justice for all Epstein’s victims.”
Details of the Arrest
- Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was arrested on his 66th birthday.
- He is the younger brother of King Charles III of England.
- Mountbatten-Windsor is accused of abusing his power by sending confidential British government documents to Jeffrey Epstein, a convicted sex offender.
British police are now reaching out to former protection officers who worked with Andrew. They are encouraging anyone with allegations related to Jeffrey Epstein to come forward.
Temporary Display at the Louvre
The photograph and its accompanying caption were visible for about 15 minutes before Louvre staff removed them. The protest drew attention to ongoing discussions surrounding accountability for individuals connected to Epstein.
