Customer Experiences

Many customers expressed frustration on DownDetector. One individual mentioned at 6:30 a.m.: “No TV on Sky Q or Sky Q Mini. Done usual resets, unplugged, even reset connection to WiFi router and still nothing.” Another user from Manchester reported that their Sky box had been stuck initializing for two hours.

As the morning progressed, some users noted that their services had resumed, while others continued to struggle. A customer said, “Main box on but no signal on mini box despite reconnecting,” highlighting ongoing issues even after 10 a.m.
